Free shipping thresholds
There are 2 free shipping tiers. Both are quoted in US dollars, and both are measured against the subtotal of eligible items, calculated before tax and before shipping.

Orders below the applicable threshold pay a rate calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
A small number of oversized or restricted items are excluded from the free thresholds. Those items are marked on the product page and again in checkout, so there is no surprise at the payment step.

We send out more than 1,000 orders every day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM US Pacific time on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the label is created. Same-day dispatch applies at every order value, whether or not your order qualifies for free shipping.
What does shipping cost if my order is under the threshold?
It depends on where the parcel is going and what it weighs, so there is no single number to quote. Add the items to your cart, enter your address, and checkout shows every available service and its exact price before you commit to anything. Every country sets its own rates and we do not receive any part of them. Parcels are declared accurately and discreetly, as customs rules require.
