Program description

The forttroff.com text alert program is a recurring automated text message program operated by forttroff.com. When you opt in, we may send you texts about new products, restocks, promotions, cart reminders, and order or account notifications to the mobile number you provide.

How you opt in

You join by entering your mobile number in a forttroff.com sign-up form, at checkout, or by texting a keyword we publish, and then confirming your subscription. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from forttroff.com at that number. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply to any messages sent or received.

How to cancel

Reply STOP to any forttroff.com text message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that we will not send further marketing texts unless you opt in again. You can also unsubscribe by emailing info@forttroff.com.

Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device's capabilities. The program is available on major US carriers; supported international carriers may vary.

Your number and your privacy

You confirm you are the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number you provide, and you agree to tell us if you change or deactivate that number. Information collected through the program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Eligibility

To subscribe, you must be of legal age to buy adult products where you live. Standard Terms of Service apply.

Canada and Australia

If you are in Canada, we send commercial electronic messages only with your express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message identifies forttroff.com and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. If you are in Australia, we send commercial messages only with your consent under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), identify the sender, and honor unsubscribe requests within 5 business days. In both cases, replying STOP works immediately.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms or the program at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
