Charges from forttroff.com appear on your card or bank statement under a discreet descriptor that does not reference forttroff.com or the items in your order. If you ever need to identify a charge, email info@forttroff.com with the date and amount and we will confirm it privately.
Payment security
Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments and our other PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment providers. Card data is encrypted with TLS in transit and tokenized by the processor; forttroff.com never stores full card numbers. 3-D Secure authentication is applied where your bank requires it. Fraud screening protects your card from unauthorized use.
Accepted payment methods and currency
We accept major credit and debit cards, accelerated wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout, which vary by country. All transactions are settled in US dollars (USD) unless a local currency is displayed at checkout. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee for non-USD cards.
Charges, taxes, and delivery
You are charged when your order is placed. The total at checkout includes the products, shipping, and any sales tax, VAT, or GST we are required to collect; import duties for international orders are described in our Shipping Policy.
