Shipping Policy
USA SHIPPING
Here at Fort Troff we run the FASTEST and MOST ACCURATE shipping operation in the world of gay toys. We ship over 99 percent of our orders COMPLETE. Fort Troff uses UPS as our preferred carrier for our shipments. Typically orders placed before 5pm Monday thru Friday ship the same day. However, during Sale Events and Holidays orders can take up to 3 business days to process. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All orders placed with UPS shipping will arrive within 1-5 business days. Currently, none of our UPS options deliver on weekends, not even on our expedited shipping options. Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box, nor do we ship to APO/FPO addresses. As an alternate, UPS Surepost/ Mail Innovations will hand your package over to USPS for delivery; which will arrive within 15 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For our International Customers we understand how shipping costs may prohibit you from placing as many orders as you would like. Therefore, we are now offering a more economical shipping option that concentrates on price versus speed of delivery. We have now partnered with both USPS and UPS to ship out our International orders. Your order will arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Please note that Package Insurance is not included and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. If you’ve GOTTA have it quick, then we offer the speedier service provided by UPS. Your package will arrive within 2-6 days and we can track it. There may be some duties or taxes due on the parcel when it arrives. This all depends on the value and regulations of your specific country. We here at Fort Troff do EVERYTHING we can to keep the duties you pay to a MINIMUM.
THC-containing products cannot be shipped internationally due to legal restrictions.

Fort Troff wants to be sure that every order our Grunts place is a GREAT experience. We stand behind all our products with a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our customer service squadron will quickly resolve any concerns you might have.
All returns are for replacement or store credit only.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We are bummed that you have an issue with a defective product. Reach out to our customer service via email or phone, within 90 Days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

JUST NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT
Even if there is nothing wrong with your pig product, we still want you to be happy. Because of the nature of our products, there are limits as to what we can do for you. We can accept returns on products that have not been opened and are in original packaging, assuming it has been less than 90 days since purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. But, unlike other companies there are no restocking fees and no shipping charges for replacement products.
