The Swing N’ Hang measures a total of 4 inches in length with a ballstrap opening of 1.25 inches in diameter. The weighted portion accommodates all 3 of the training weight ball sizes. The gradual weight increases for each of the balls from 1.6 ounces for the smallest, 2.4 ounces for the medium, and 4 ounces for the largest weight.
